Subscriptions & Payments

ZakiPost services are offered through paid monthly subscription plans. All payments are securely processed through the Kashier payment gateway.

• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed at this time and must be manually renewed upon expiry


• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard


• Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid subscription period

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund in one case only: if you have not consumed any credits from your plan since subscribing. If any portion of your generation credits has been used, no refund will be issued. To request a refund, contact us at support@zakipost.com within 7 days of your subscription date.

Intellectual Property

Content generated by the AI based on your inputs is your property and may be used freely. ZakiPost retains all intellectual property rights related to the platform, technology, interfaces, and algorithms used.
