📋 Account Creation Terms

• Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided upon registration.
• Creating more than one account per person or entity is not permitted.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.

🔐 Account Security

If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately via the Contact page. ZakiPost bears no responsibility for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account data.

🚫 Prohibited Content

• Publishing or generating offensive, racist, inflammatory, or misleading content.
• Violating the intellectual property or copyright of third parties.
• Generating promotional content for illegal products or services.
• Creating content that violates individuals' privacy or includes personal information without their consent.

⚠️ Prohibited Technical Use

• Attempting to hack, attack, or impact the platform's infrastructure.
• Using spoofing or unauthorized automation programs to bypass usage limits.
• Reselling access to the platform or sharing account data with third parties.
• Using scraping tools or data extraction methods in an unauthorized manner.

🔄 Renewal and Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, the service will continue until the end of the paid period and then terminate automatically.
• Unused balance is non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation, except in accordance with the Refund Policy terms.

⬆️ Upgrading Between Plans

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upon upgrading, a discount equivalent to the unused balance of your current plan will be applied to the new plan's price, ensuring you do not pay twice.

📊 Credit Consumption Mechanism

• Each generation process consumes a specific number of credits.
• Some high-quality or complex processes consume more credits than basic ones.
• Usage is calculated based on the process weight, not just the number of clicks.

⏳ Credit Validity

The balance is tied to the monthly subscription period and does not roll over to the next month. Your balance resets fully with each new subscription cycle. Free credits granted upon registration are subject to the same conditions.

✅ Basic Refund Conditions

• The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the subscription start date.
• Your actual usage must not exceed 30% of the total plan balance.
• The subscription must be in an active state at the time of the request.

🏢 ZakiPost Ownership

ZakiPost retains all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including: interfaces and designs, AI algorithms and models, source code, and the ZakiPost trademark and logos. Using the platform grants you no rights to these elements.

👤 User Ownership

The content generated by the system based on your inputs is fully your property. You can use it commercially, publish it, or dispose of it in any way without needing permission from us or attributing the content to ZakiPost.

🔍 Reviewing Content Before Publishing

You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated content and verifying its accuracy and suitability for your audience before publishing. Outputs may occasionally contain information that requires verification or editing.

⚖️ Legal Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for the content you publish. ZakiPost is not a party to any dispute arising from content you published on social media platforms, whether it was AI-generated or manually edited.

⚙️ Service Continuity

We strive for round-the-clock service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, breakdowns, or force majeure. We will make our best effort to provide advance notice of any scheduled downtime.

🤖 AI Output Accuracy

We do not guarantee that the generated content will be 100% accurate or suitable for every context. The content is a smart suggestion that requires your review prior to publishing.

🔗 Third-Party Services

We integrate with social platforms and external services that may in turn be subject to their own terms and changes. We bear no responsibility for any disruption caused by changes in these platforms' policies.

📢 How We Notify You of Changes

• An email notification will be sent to the registered email address regarding any substantial modifications.
• In-platform notifications will appear for registered users.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision.
